Facility Reservation Guideline
** For Sport Events using the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) -You must submit an approved Sport Ministry MPR usage form. Please see Sports Ministry Page for detail.
Must have certified open and close up person.
All cleanup activities are the responsibility of the event requester.
Maximum reservation length before submitting renewal. MPR has a 6 month max term.
Monthly event - 12 month terms
Bi-monthly event - 6 month terms
Weekly event - 3 month terms
New submission has reservation priority.
Church wide special events override all previous reservations. Check church calendar for event schedule.
Facility usage will be revoked if we encounter issue with safety, cleanup, closeup or security.
#2. To Make a reservation (**New instructions)
Please include the following information and Email your request to facility@cbccp.org
Event Title on Date at Time: Please use this format to minimize mistakes.
>> "Greenbelt Fellowship Coworker Meeting on 9/25/2017 at 1pm - 3pm"
Recurring? Yes / No If Yes, please include detail (See Facility Reservation Guideline above for limits)
Example:
>> recurring frequency like "the first Wed. of each month"
>> or multiple days like "10/2/2017 + 12/15/2017 etc"
Requester Name: Your full name
Official CBCCP Member (you must be an official member)? Yes / No
Sponsor Name: Pastor, elder, deacon or staff member that knows about this event (you need to let them know)
Open/Closeup Person: This person must be certified for building access by facility department
Cleanup Person: IMPORTANT - Cleanup is the responsibility of the event requester.
(Example: Move chairs back, clean tables, remove trash to dumpster)
Number of attendees: (best guess)
